Agent Provocateur always gives us something to talk about.

The Penelopi set is one of those sets that makes you stand a little taller the moment you have it on, finish the look with high heels as seen in my images and you are no doubt going to be looking and feeling fan-tas-tic!! It's look is It’s unapologetically bold, unmistakably Agent Provocateur straight from the package, and very much a look-at-me kind of lingerie set, so make sure you have someone to show off to, it will make both of your days.

So lets get on with breaking down the set into its parts and get reviewing:

Let’s start with the underwired bra. The structure is excellent, top-notch. It's supportive without feeling at all restrictive, with underwires that actually do their damn job instead of digging in and ruining the mood (we all know what that feels like). The fit feels true to size, and the lift is subtle but effective, giving shape without veering into over-engineered territory. This is a bra designed to be seen, and definitely not just-for-me under that T-shirt you've got an eye on from Primarks.

Secondly, the brief. I know I love a thong too, but this is a game changer in my opinion, switch to the brief style and you have long-term wearability feeling like a million dollars!!! The brief strikes a great balance between seductive and wearable. It hugged my body without cutting in, and the detailing feels intentional rather than fussy or too much. There’s enough coverage to feel confident, but still plenty of allure—think “luxury tease” rather than everyday basic. Important note: my version was white so defintly NOT for those days mother nature comes calling but a show stopping piece to share with someone? Hell yes!!

Now, the real show-stealer: the suspender belt. OMG! This is where the Penelope set truly shines in my opinion. It cinches the waist beautifully, adding drama and polish to the whole look. The straps are adjustable and sat flat against my body, which meant stockings stay where I put them, where they were meant to (a small miracle in itself ;) ).

It elevates the whole set from beautiful lingerie to full-on statement made to grab all the attention in those intimate settings.

Fabric-wise, the set felt luxurious and well-constructed, with that signature Agent Provocateur attention to detail. Nothing felt flimsy or purely decorative—this is lingerie that’s made to be worn, admired, and revisited, and I will be doing just that!

That said, this isn’t a “throw it on and forget about it” kind of set. It’s ideal for special occasions, confidence boosts, or moments when you want to feel powerful and polished, rather than all-day lounging, although... that didnt stop me either to be honest.
